REPORT ON HYDERABAD STUDY TOUR


Our institute has organized an educational  tour to  Hyderabad. It was such a wonderful  visit.we  have visit three palce which is well known in hyderaba  we had a  first   visit Ramoji Film City, the famous tourist destination of Hyderabad. Our first visit was to Ramoji Film City, located about 35 kms South East of Hyderabad . We had booked our seats through train. As every one know it is one of the worlds largest film cities ever found. This is a very ideal place for family get-togethers, functions, parties etc etc. The film cities generally are ment for shooting of only films, the outsiders and viewers are not allowed inside them. There are many film studios located in Hyderabad, like Ramanaidu studios, Annapurna studios etc. But these are not for site seeing, but only meant for film shootings. But coming to Ramoji film city it is blend of both film shooting studios and also site-seeing places. The services provided by Ramoji film city are many. If you think visiting once to Ramoji film city is enough than defintely you are going to miss out something new which is kept only for the sake of entertaining people. You get a bus through the entire place with a tour guide. It is impossible to visit 2000 acres land with out car. The guide show you all the things and all sets. There are variety of sets they have - hospitals, villages, schools, fountains, gardens, parks, a video game parlor, the list is endless. The bus then drops you at Eureka Fort from where you can explore the film city on your own. In fact, while we were there, there was even a fighting shooting was going on in a park. There are stunts show, comedy show and many others entertainments. There are some good restaurant where you have complete your lunch. There are a few beautiful garden where you pass your time. There are huge fountain here and there. By visiting this Ramoji film city one can not forget in there whole life. Really a very good place to enjoy with family and also wit friends. One whole day is not sufficient to visit this play completely. At least two to three days are required to visit this place.All facilities are really great. Transportation facilities are also very good. Although this is situated in city outskirts, there are many buses connected to this place. 

                
     Second visit  SalarJung Museum , The Salar Jung Museum was established in 1951. The major portion of the collection of the museum was acquired by Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, popularly known as Salar Jung III. The Salarjung Museum is the third largest museum in India housing the biggest one-man collections of antiques in the world. It is well known throughout India for its prized collections belonging to different civilizations dating back to the 1st century. The collections of the Salar Jung Museum are the mirrors of the past human environment, ranging from 2nd century B.C to early 20th century A.D of different cultures such as Greek, Roman, Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, Christian and Islamic of various countries and of various materials. The collection of the Museum can be divided into Indian Art, Middle Eastern Art, Far Eastern Art, European Art and Children’s Section. Apart from this, a gallery is devoted to the illustrious Salar Jung family, which was mainly responsible for acquiring the collection. As on date, there are 38 galleries in the Museum in three blocks i.e. (1) Indian Block (27 galleries), (2)Western Block (7 galleries) and (3) Eastern Block (4 galleries) in which nearly 13,654 objects are on display. The Indian collections are from the States of Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Orissa, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, and places like Kangra, Basholi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Mewar, Hyderabad, Golconda, Bijapur, Kurnool and Nirmal. The Western collections are from England, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Venice and Austria . The Eastern collections are from countries like China, Japan, Burma, Korea, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia and from Middle East countries like Egypt, Syria, Persia and Arabia. Apart from the galleries, there is a reference Library, reading room, publication and education section, chemical conservation lab, sales counter, cafeteria etc.      


      3rd visit    Prasad lab, Prasad Productions, Prasad Studios and Prasad Film Labs are motio picture post production studios in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, started by L.V. Prasad in 1956. Prasad Group has produced till date over more than 150 movies in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, of which Hindi movies were the majority. The group is the largest chain of post production facilities in India with a total of 12 delivery units located in all the major film production centers of India namely Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Bhuvaneswar, Kolkata and overseas presence in Singapore, Dubai and USA.
